There are many different styles and designs of bibles. It will be easier to integrate the marking system into a bible with larger margins. However, I have used this system with many shapes and sizes ranging from small pocket bibles to my personal favorite Bible, The Thompson Chain Reference Bible.
Standard Bibles (Budget Friendly)

Wide Margin Bibles (Slightly Pricier)

Thompson Chain Reference Bibles (My Personal Favorite)
The Thompson Chain Reference Bible (TCRB) has a built in system very similar to the marking system found on this site. It has over 4,000+ topics. The difference is that the TCRB has the chains starting at the first instance of the topic found in the Bible, and follows through from Genesis to Revelation in respective book order. My favorite aspect of the TCRB is that it has no commentary. It does not tell you what anything means or what to think about a topic, it simply shows you where the topic appears in scripture and allows you to come to your own conclusion. these bibles do go on sale from time to time, and were listed at around $50 when this page was posted. These bibles normally sell for around $90.

Bible Tabs
I have tried many different styles of bible tabs throughout the years, but these are hands down my favorite. https://a.co/d/iMQUwP3
